Do you know an artist, or are you an artist who has something unique to share with the world? Then take a look at the<a href="https://battleoftheteal.org/"> <strong>Battle of the Teal</strong></a>, a performing and visual arts showcase for Ohio’s K–12 students.

</div> The 2023 annual art showcase application opened on Feb 20, 2023; <u>the submission deadline is May 01, 2023</u>. Registration is <strong>FREE</strong>. You can apply for visual, performing, or both! If you are under 13, be sure to have your parents or guardian available.

The showcase results will be available on May 22, 2023. An online “virtual” gallery will be available starting May 27, 2023.

We created the Battle of the Teal platform to serve as an outlet for youth to use their artistic expressions to connect with and impact the community and their peers. Art is also a great way to channel emotions and improve social-emotional wellness. Plus, creativity is sought after by today’s employers.

</div> <strong><em>iN Education’s Battle of the Teal program is made possible in part by state tax dollars allocated by the Ohio Legislature to the Ohio Arts Council (OAC). The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically.</em></strong>
