applications for an Assistant Young Performer Supervisor to work on the Family Theatre production of <i class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Watching Butterflies</i> from Tuesday, June 13 through Saturday, June 24, 2023. This Assistant Supervisor will work
with a lead Young Performer Supervisor on the daily management of five young performers and four young understudies on the production.</span></p>

Qualified applicants must be able to follow instructions, be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Experience working with children required.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Experience working in stage management or run crew on live theatre productions is a plus.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">

Communicate with parents/guardians of young performers on a daily basis.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Report any issues concerning young performers to stage manager in a timely manner.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Oversee drop-off and pick-up of young performers by their parents/guardians at theatre.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Ensure that young performers properly complete their role during rehearsals and performances<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Collaborate with the lead Young Performer Supervisor to establish a consistent track for the young performers during performances.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Assist in running lines and reviewing blocking as needed.<br class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">
Other duties as assigned by stage management.</span></p>

<span class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Gotham B", serif; margin: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Hours are mostly afternoons and evenings. Tech week will be June 14 - 17. Performances are June 17 - 24 at 1:30 PM, with
7:00 PM performances on Saturday, June 17, and June 21 - 23. </span></p>
