<div dir="ltr">Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood is pleased to announce AUDITIONS for our<div>holiday production of "<i>Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"</i> to be</div><div>presented on the Senney Main Stage during the month of December.</div><div><br></div><div>Audition dates and times are by appointment only. Please call the Beck Center</div><div>Box Office during regular business hours to reserve your time for either:</div><div><b>Sunday, September 17th</b> {Appts available between 5PM and 8PM} <u>or</u></div><div><b>Tuesday, September 19th </b>{Appts available between 6:30PM and 9PM}</div><div><u>Call the Beck patron services line at 216-521-2540 x10 for your appt.</u></div><div><br></div><div>Performances begin Friday December 1st and end Saturday, December 30th.</div><div>Performance dates are mainly Fri/Sat/Sun with a few Thursdays as well. There</div><div>are no performances Dec. 24/25/26/27, allowing for a window of time for</div><div>performers to travel if they wish.</div><div><br></div><div>Rehearsals begin approx. October 23rd.</div><div><br></div><div>These auditions are for non-union performers as the two AEA contracts have</div><div>been filled (Narrator: Tony Award nominee Mary Bridget Davies and Pharoah:</div><div>NYC Actor and Beck Alum Jimmy Helms) ALL other roles are open including</div><div>Joseph and all brothers, full female ensemble, Jacob, Potifar and Potifar's Wife.</div><div>Understudies for Narrator and Pharoah will also be cast (within the Ensemble)</div><div><br></div><div>Beck's production WILL use a Children's Chorus and auditions for those roles</div><div>will be announced soon. <b>This</b> set of auditions (Sept 17th and 19th) are for</div><div>performers 16 and older only please.</div><div><br></div><div>All performers 18 years and older receive a stipend for their participation.</div><div><br></div><div><u>For auditions</u> please prepare a song ideally from the musical theatre repertoire</div><div>which is no more than 90 seconds long. Dance calls will occur during callbacks.</div><div><br></div><div>Please address any questions you may have to Artistic Director Scott Spence</div><div>at his email: <a href="mailto:scotts@beckcenter.org">scotts@beckcenter.org</a></div><div><br></div><div>Staff for this production include Director Scott Spence, Musical Director Larry</div><div>Goodpaster, Choreographer Lauren Tidmore and Stage Manager Libby White.</div></div>
