Emma is a professional dancer, actress, and choreographer, and holds a 500hr Yoga Teacher Certification from The Studio Cleveland. Her dance background has informed her teaching style, giving her a deeper understanding of the physical body and a tendency towards creativity as a teacher. In her own practice, she has found that yoga plays a major role in not only her physical and emotional wellbeing, but also her artistry. In bringing yoga to a dance-focused space, she hopes to inspire other dancers by introducing yogic practices and exercises to support not only the longterm health of the body, but also of the mind. She teaches yoga at The Studio Cleveland and Lakewood Yoga, and has been seen performing on stages such as Near West Theatre, Cleveland Dance Project, Orlando Shakes, and Walt Disney World.
