<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">The Director of Performing Arts & Entertainment is responsible for the scheduling, management, budgeting, and oversight of all arts-related programming provided in relation to the Lakeside Chautauqua mission.
Focus will be on the 100+ events held annually in the 2500-seat historic Hoover Auditorium, as well as Saturday afternoon and Sunday in the Park concert series, and Special Events including Lakeside Art and Photography Shows, and Hoover Lobby exhibits. Duties
include hiring, managing, and evaluating all managers/coordinators in Arts & Entertainment leadership positions.

<p class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in theatre/arts management or related field required, Master’s degree preferred. Experience in arts & entertainment programming as well as business organizational knowledge is strongly recommended.<o:p></o:p></p>
