The <b>President & CEO</b> works closely with the Board of Directors and staff to evaluate and expand programs; engage the community; and establish objectives, policies and procedures that promote the achievement of Beck Center’s strategic goals, ensuring
the long-term capacity and viability of the organization. A qualified candidate would have a master’s degree or equivalent experience in a non-profit arts organization with 10+ years of senior executive level experience and evidence of the successful management
of a complex, mission-driven organization.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
