<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">What:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> The inpatient Obstetrics team is in the process of rolling out a multi-part learning journey to support providers and staff in strengthening their communication
skills to enhance respect, inclusivity, and cultural competence to ensure a consistent experience for all our patients. Part of this learning journey includes participation in a multi-disciplinary simulation (will include Obstetrics providers and RNs).

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">There are two scenarios – one focused on a triage visit in Labor & Delivery and the second focused on an admission to Labor & Delivery. For this program, we are specifically seeking participants that reflect
African American mothers to help our teams mitigate health disparities in this patient population and to improve health outcomes among all our patients. The Patient will participate in both scenarios.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
