announce auditions for TWO amazing musicals:  <b><i>A CHORUS LINE</i></b> and <b><i>THE
ROBBER BRIDEGROOM</i></b>, both celebrating their 50^th Anniversaries!!!

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Performers will have the option of auditioning for one or
both of these shows, as they do nor run concurrently.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i>A CHORUS LINE</i></b> will be directed and
choreographed by Chris Chase Carter (Beck’s <i>ONCE ON THIS ISLAND</i>) with
musical direction by David Robison. <b><i>A CHORUS LINE</i></b> plays July 11^th
through August 10^th. Rehearsals will begin circa late May/early June
tbd. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">A CHORUS LINE features 16 dancers on the line (8 M/8 F) plus
Zach (Director/Choreographer) and Larry, Zach’s Asst. The show also features an
additional 8 performers who are cut after the opening number. All 8 (plus Zach
and Larry) return to dance the finale’ <u>AND</u> each of the 8 will actively
understudy TWO of  the roles on the line.

Center Artistic Director Scott Spence, with musical direction by Larry
Goodpaster and Choreography by Lauren Marousek. <b><i>THE ROBBER BRIDEGROOM</i></b>
will perform in Beck’s intimate Studio Theatre and plays May 30^th
through June 29^th. Rehearsals will begin circa April 21^st.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i>THE ROBBER BRIDEGROOM</i></b> features a cast of 10 to
12 populating the Natchez Trace in Mississippi in the 1800’s. It packs a wildly
comic 1-2 punch combining raucous Bluegrass music with the tallest of tall tales.</p>

selection no longer than 90 seconds. Dance calls will be held as part of the Call
Back process. Please bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">All performers 18 and over are paid a stipend for their
participation. <b><i>A CHORUS LINE</i></b> will offer 2 AEA contracts. <b><i>THE
ROBBER BRIDEGROOM</i></b> is non Equity only.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><u>VIDEOTAPE</u> Auditions are welcome. Just one 90 second
vocal needed. A dance reel for A CHORUS LINE is welcome. Beck is unable to
offer housing, so please keep that in mind when submitting.</p>
