Serrated Slump is a Middlebury Neighborhood-based duo of artists who farm in the city. They are inspired by the soundscapes around them, including Route 8, wild birds, cicadas and helicopters. Pete Bach mixes analog and digital music tech, while Avery Duff
runs the singing saw and vocals through effects pedals.</div>

“Mindful Mornings” is an introductory class to mindfulness and the practice of loving-kindness meditation. Each class will feature guided grounding exercises, relaxation techniques, mindful movement and meditations to help expand our awareness, compassion for
ourselves, our community and our world. All are welcome at this class! Each morning will be a little different so if you miss one or two don't feel like you can't return. Just come to the next one that fits in your schedule! Attendees should bring a yoga mat/blanket/something
comfortable to sit on (pillow). Chairs will be available to those who need them. </div>
