Mike Tolan (he/him) is a guitarist who has been active in the northeast Ohio music scene since the early 2000s. He was notably a member of the city of Kent's The Six Parts Seven band and has played and recorded in multiple projects from folk to electronic,
often focusing on building small ramshackle sound dioramas.</div>

“Mindful Mornings" is an introductory class to mindfulness and the practice of loving-kindness meditation. Each class will feature guided grounding exercises, relaxation techniques, mindful movement and meditations to help expand our awareness, compassion for
ourselves, our community and our world. All are welcome at this class! Each morning will be a little different so if you miss one or two don't feel like you can't return. Just come to the next one that fits in your schedule! Attendees should bring a yoga mat/blanket/something
comfortable to sit on (pillow). Chairs will be available to those who need them. </div>
