<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">MGP is a proud, all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the performing arts in Avon Lake City Schools. For over 60 years, we’ve brought high-quality, multi-generational musical theatre to life—powered entirely by passion!</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic Music Director who:</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">🎵 Loves musical theatre and working with singers of all experience levels</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">🎵 Can teach and rehearse vocal parts with both children and adults</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">🎵 Can work alongside our production team</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">🎵 Believes in the power of community, fun, and philanthropy</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">📍 Rehearsals are one day a week, beginning in the fall, with performances the first weekend in February</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">💼 This is a <strong>volunteer</strong> position—no compensation is provided</span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;">🎭 The show title will be formally revealed at the MGP annual picnic on <font style="color:#157EFB;">July 26</font>.</span><br />
