<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>MGP is a proud, all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the performing arts in Avon Lake City Schools. For over 60 years, we’ve brought high-quality, multi-generational musical theatre to life—powered entirely by passion!</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic Music Director who:</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>🎵 Loves musical theatre and working with singers of all experience levels</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>🎵 Can teach and rehearse vocal parts with both children and adults</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>🎵 Can work alongside our production team</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>🎵 Believes in the power of community, fun, and philanthropy</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>📍 Rehearsals are one day a week, beginning in the fall, with performances the first weekend in February</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>💼 This is a <strong>volunteer</strong> position—no compensation is provided</font></span><br />

<span style="font-family:.AppleSystemUIFont;font-size:16px;"><font>🎭 The show title will be formally revealed at the MGP annual picnic on</font> <font style="color:#157EFB;">July 26</font><font>.</font></span><br />
