<p class="gmail-p2">The Millennial Theatre Project is seeking a passionate and experienced <span class="gmail-s1"><b>Stage Director</b></span> to lead our spring production of <i>Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express</i>. This is a <span class="gmail-s1"><b>paid, non-union position</b></span>. We are looking for a director who aligns with our mission to create inclusive, collaborative, and artistically fulfilling experiences for all involved.</p>

<p class="gmail-p1"><span class="gmail-s2">We are seeking </span><b>local Northeast Ohio-based directors</b><span class="gmail-s2"> with the following:</span></p>

<p class="gmail-p1">A strong understanding of blocking and storytelling in a <span class="gmail-s1"><b>black box or club-style theatrical space</b><b></b></span></p>

<p class="gmail-p1"><span class="gmail-s1">Experience guiding rehearsals that are </span><b>well-structured, safe, and creativity-driven</b><b></b></p>
</li><li>
<p class="gmail-p1"><span class="gmail-s1">A leadership style that nurtures </span><b>trust, inclusion, and artistic excellence</b><b></b></p>

<p class="gmail-p1">A directorial vision that captures the mystery, theatricality, and ensemble energy of <i>Murder on the Orient Express</i></p></li></ul>
<p class="gmail-p2">Previous experience with classic plays, mysteries, or stylized ensemble works is a plus.</p>
