<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Applications are still open for the BorderLight Fringe Festival, taking over Cleveland’s Playhouse Square District July 8 to 11, 2026. The Fringe is where bold, self-produced work takes center stage, with
artists from Cleveland and around the world presenting theatre, movement, music, performance art, immersive experiences, and more.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
