Little Mermaid</i>, audiences meet a Little Rain Cloud who unexpectedly falls
in love with a human. Parallel to this tale, a writer named Dolan (modeled on
Andersen himself) reveals his own struggles with love, longing, and the stories
we tell to understand them. Blending magical realism with emotional honesty,
the play examines love’s joy, ache, and volatility. Playwright Julia Izumi’s
imaginative work offers a fresh take on a classic story, celebrating the humor
and heartbreak of love in its many forms.</span></span></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto; line-height:15.0pt" class="MsoNormal"><b><span class="font" style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif"><span class="size" style="font-size:12pt">Performance Dates:</span></span></b></p><ul type="disc"><li style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto; line-height:15.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;tab-stops:list .5in" class="MsoNormal"><span class="font" style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif"><span class="size" style="font-size:12pt">February 27–28,
