<p>Greetings!</p>
<p>Relax and recharge at our next sound bath on Sunday, March 8,
from 2-3 p.m. at Healing With the Horses in Chesterland! Allow the
sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, flutes, gongs, and voice
wash away stress and induce the deep relaxation state of theta
brain waves. Give yourself the gift of time and sound.</p>
<p>For a more interactive sound experience, reset your nervous
system at the Healing Rhythms drum circle on Thursday, March 12,
from 7-8 p.m. at Congregation B'Nai Jeshurun in Pepper Pike.
Drumming regulates our body systems, stimulates the release of
essential neurotransmitters, and creates a sense of joy and
connection with others and the universe. We will explore the use
of many different types of hand-held percussion instruments in
pursuit of wellness goals. No prior experience necessary.</p>
