<p style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Sing Stark seeks an inclusive, collaborative <strong>Music Director</strong>
to lead <strong>Sing Out</strong>, Stark County’s LGBTQ+ community choir. This
stipend position provides artistic leadership while fostering a welcoming,
affirming, and musically engaging rehearsal environment aligned with our
mission: <em>Igniting the power of singing to inspire our community and improve
health and well-being.</em></p>

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><br>
• Leading weekly rehearsals and conducting performances<br>
• Selecting diverse, affirming repertoire<br>
• Cultivating a psychologically safe and inclusive ensemble culture<br>
• Collaborating with the Executive Director on season planning<br>
• Supporting singer engagement and recruitment</p>

community-centered leadership<br>
• Degree in music or equivalent experience<br>
• Choral conducting and rehearsal leadership experience<br>
• Strong vocal pedagogy skills<b></b></p>

<p style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings during the two 12-week cycles each
season. Stipend paid per cycle. </p>
