<div dir="ltr">Hi, everyone. With April just around the corner, I am following up with one final update regarding current virtual acting class availability.<br><br>Registration for the April 11th 2pm workshop has closed, but due to the interest in that one, I have added a later session that day. If you missed booking the earlier slot, there is now a 5-7pm Eastern slot. This special two-hour workshop will be covering "<b>Emotional Blueprints</b>", helping you tap into a wider array of emotions for your performances.<br><br>For our ongoing April classes, the 6pm slots have filled up for Thursday Audition Prep and Cold Reads, but there is still space in the 8pm Eastern slot. Wednesdays have a bit more open availability for the Scene Study sessions as of right now.<br><div><br></div><div>All classes are held via Zoom. To book your classes, visit <a href="https://academy-of-film-acting.square.site">https://academy-of-film-acting.square.site</a>  The next round of sessions will not open until fall.</div><div><div><br><br><b>About Wednesday Scene Study</b>: Stepping onto a film or TV set demands more than memorized lines. It requires preparation and an ability to collaborate under pressure. In this class, students will build habits that make professional work feel natural instead of overwhelming. Through supportive coaching, actors will discover how to stay connected to their choices while taking new direction and adapting to their scene partners. The goal is simple: help actors walk onto any set feeling capable, focused, and ready to deliver their strongest work.<br><br><br><b>About Thursday Audition Prep & Cold Reads</b>: Stepping into an audition room can feel intimidating, especially when you’re handed a script you’ve never seen before. This class prepares actors to turn that moment into an opportunity. Through supportive, hands‑on practice, students learn how to adapt to the scene quickly and bring their unique authenticity to a character, even with only minutes to prepare. In addition to practicing cold reads, we cover everything that goes into an audition, what to expect, and how to be best prepared. We focus on building confidence, clarity, and presence so that every student walks in ready to show their best work.<br><br><br><b>About your instructor</b>: Kristina Michelle is a multi-award-winning former actress, host and television producer who first began training at Cleveland Academy of Film Acting in 2004, before ultimately taking over as lead instructor from 2010 until 2024. In her film and television career, she worked in nearly every capacity both in front of the camera and behind it, including as host of a nationally syndicated television show for over a decade. Her work spanned hundreds of television episodes, as well as dozens of films and commercials. In this short series of classes, students will learn from her all-around experience of the craft.</div></div></div>
