Join Paul Kirk, Stephen Rapp, and Mark McNulty this Saturday at the BOP STOP for a special concert. From Appalachia to the Ozarks celebrates instrumental folk music of America. Once called “mountain music,” this music (now referred to as “old-time”) has a history as diverse as the people who played it. Before radio and television, this music was daily entertainment, used for dances, and was a backdrop for social events. We invite you to join us for this entertaining and educational concert that is free and open to the public.
