1. Dance crews must be between 1-10 people
2. You may use mash-ups in your routine, but it may not surpass 5 songs.
3. Each submission must be between 2-5 minutes in length
4. At least one member or representative must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
5. If selected as a finalist, you must be available on May 21st for live final round (6PM). You will be performing the routine in your video submission. A complete W9 form and agreement to appear will be required to claim any monetary prize.
6. Costume choices must be appropriate for a family friendly audience.
7. All songs must be found in at least one database of the following music licensing companies: ASCAP, BMI, SESAC.

The Judging and Voting Process:
1. Up to 8 videos (semi-finalists) will be selected by the Cleveland Asian Festival Executive Committee will be shared May 1st, 2016 on the Cleveland Asian Festival’s facebook page. Visitors to the page must vote on facebook.com/clevelandasianfestival for their favorite group. Votes elsewhere will not be counted. Voting ends May 15th, 2016.
2. Finalists will be announced and invited to compete live on May 21st, 2016 before a panel of judges. Finalists will be required to submit music in MP3 format to yintang@clevelandasianfestival.org by May 19, 2016 or risk disqualification.
3. All live judging will be based on the following criteria: 1). Likeness to original choreography 2). Dance technique 3). Creativity in mash-up 4). Live audience appreciation
4. Winners will receive cash prizes: 1st-$2,500; 2nd-$1000; 3rd-$500; Only one check will be issued to each group.
