SOLON
HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM
Sit back in your seats, grab some popcorn
and enjoy a magical MOVIE MARATHON through music brought to you by Note-Oriety
Show Choir, Northeast Ohio’s preeminent adult community show
choir. Delighting audiences for nearly 50 years, Note-Oriety Show
Choir cordially invites you to attend its annual Spring Show Thursday, June
15, Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Solon High School auditorium
(33600 Inwood Drive 44139).
The 30-member group, accompanied by a live orchestra, will be
Footloose and fancy free, singing and dancing its way through eight decades of Titanic
Silver Screen spectacles, from Hollywood to Bollywood, with refreshments offered at intermission to satisfy your Hunger (Games).
Who’s coming? Guys and Dolls, American Gigolo(s), The Blues Brothers,
a Slumdog Millionaire, Evita, a Fiddler on the Roof along with The Bodyguard, Superman,
a Rain Man, and many Fathers (and mothers) of
the Bride. Hear the musical tales of When Harry Met Sally and A Star is Born, all while on the east side...of a West Side Story! You definitely don’t need to Meet
Me In St. Louis to enjoy the festivities.
Noteoriety Show Choir is under the direction of R. Scott Posey and Sherry Niederkorn with accompaniment by Ann Michael. The group has sung all around Northeast Ohio including performances by request at Playhouse Square and multiple times with Foreigner at the Hard Rock Rocksino in Northfield.
Show times are 7 p.m. for Thursday’s and
Friday’s performances; the Saturday performance is a special 2 p.m.
matinee. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door; discounts for
groups, seniors and children are available.
