POSITION OVERVIEW

Become part of our wacky and whimsical Kringle family. Have fun entertaining guests as they walk through a one-of-a-kind christmas themed fun house. Help create magic and unforgettable memories as one of the many zany characters. Surprise and delight guests from all across the country.

PRODUCTION - KRINGLE’S INVENTIONASIUM®

Kringle's Inventionasium® is Mr. Kringle's top secret inventing laboratory. Guests tour different departments, explore each area and engage in hands-on activities to help Kringle, his family, friends and fellow inventors prepare for the holiday season. The experience concludes with a photo opportunity and private visit with Mr. Kringle® as well as a trip through Kringle’s Toy Shoppe®

Kringle’s Inventionasium® entertains over 20,000 guests annually during a 30 day run and boasts one of the "Best Santas in the U.S.” according to TIME.com.

PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION

All Actors will receive hourly compensation for performances.

PAID: $10-12/Hour depending on role.

November 14 (VIP/Sponsors), 15, 17, 18 6pm – 8pm

Full Production:

November 20 (Opening); December 1-3, 8-10, 14-17 from 3pm - 8pm;

November 21, 27; December 4-6, 11-13, 18-23 from 10am - 8pm;

November 28 (Winterfest) from 10am - 9pm;

November 22, 29 from 11am - 7pm

December 24 (Closing) from 10am - 3pm

REHEARSALS

Rehearsal Period: Now - November 19, 2015

Weeknight Rehearsals: 6:00 – 10:00pm.

Weekend Rehearsals: Saturday rehearsals 12:00-4:00PM

Sunday rehearsals 2:00-6PM

Male; Mid 40s; Royal figurehead in the City of North; Reigning Ambassador to the Elves; Brother-in-law to Mr. Kringle. Self involved softy, Emotional. Considers himself very “high class” despite being woefully tactless.

BOYZENBERRY HICCUP ™

Male; Nephew to Mr. Kringle; Blue-haired twin; One of the most dedicated Hope Scout in Troupe #12; Key player in the opening of his Uncle’s Inventionasium. Playful and mischeveious, but not mean. Influences: Pee Wee Herman

OONA "BLIND" EYEBRITE™

Female. Late 50s; Original founding member of the Eyebrite Society; Her multiple pairs of glasses allow sight into countless dimensions of imagination. Willful and obstinate. Sees more than others. The last of her kind. Influences: Professor Sybill Trelawney, Aughra

EZEKIEL "SLICK" O'ZACKARY ™

Male; Brash Inventor; Recognized for his natural genius in Animechanics; Approached by Mr. Kringle himself to be the first member of the Inventionasium team. Cocky because he’s insecure. Trying to fit in and prove himself worthy as an inventor. Influences: Jimmy Neutron.

CORIANDER BISCUIT ™

Male; Member of the Biscuit Family; One of Fancy’s younger brothers; Lead bassist in the all bass band, “The Merry Gentlemen.” Influences: Austin Powers

GRACE ATLAS ™

Female; Mid 20s; Comes from a long line of renown explorers in the City of North; Family has been charting the skies for generations; Most recognized for their publications of Star Maps still used for the Sleigh’s journey around the world.

MIMSY ATLAS ™

Female; Early 20s; Comes from a long line of renown explorers in the City of North; Family has been charting the skies for generations; Most recognized for their publications of Star Maps still used for the Sleigh’s journey around the world.

ORANGELO ™

Male; Early 20s; Spacey but brilliant; Out-of-the-box perspective; Open-minded nature; Public servant of the City of North; Admirer of Fancy; Band member of “The Merry Gentlemen.” Influences: Jeff Spicoli

SCOOZI ™

Male; Early 30s; Discovered in the halls of North Academy; Janitor turned Inventologist; Proof that you can’t judge a book by its “cover-alls.” Will Hunting meets Kenickie

Male or Female; Mascot Character; Eyeball; Mr. Kringle’s eye for detail; Brought to life with Frosty’s top hat.

THE WANDER CLOCK ™

Male or Female; Mascot Character; Grandfather clock; Mr. Kringle’s prized possession.
