University presents fyoo zh en ‘21:
FloodCity directed by Sara Whale and choreographed by Max Laskar, Genesis
Rosado, and Sara Whale
Inspired by geologist, Dr. Carrie Davis Todd’s research on the 1889 Johnstown,
PA flood, the virtual production uses movement to explore the neglect of the
South Fork dam belonging to wealthy members of an elite country club, and the
consequent devastation and impact that followed its failure.
