AUDITION NOTICE: Dobama Theatre's 40th Annual Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival
Seeking adult and youth actors of all ages and ethnicities for Dobama's 40th Annual Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival.
Perform in one or more short plays written by youth grades 1-12, to be directed by professional local directors for a one-weekend-only festival on the Dobama stage.

The Festival takes place June 1-3, 2018 at Dobama. This year’s auditions will be held at two Cleveland Heights Library branches.

The Festival takes place June 1-3, 2018 at Dobama. Actors must be available for all performances. Rehearsals will take place in April and May as scheduled by each individual director.

About the Festival: Now in its 40th year, The Marilyn Bianchi Kids’ Playwriting Festival continues to serve youth throughout Northeast Ohio by producing plays written by kids. Hundreds of plays are submitted by students, grades 1-12. Dedicated to the memory of Marilyn Bianchi, the Festival is the nation’s first event of its kind, encouraging kids to celebrate the fun and joy of live theatre.
