Feeling stressed out in these uncertain times? A Different Drum Music Therapy, LLC, invites you to an Accessible Sound Bath Journey this Sunday, June 22, from 4-5 pm, at Healing With The Horses in Chesterland. Licensed, Board-Certified Neurologic Music Therapist Beth Friedman-Romell will gently guide you on a journey of relaxation, healing, and growth through sound, breath work, and focused meditation. Experience a variety of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, drums, wooden and ceramic flutes, and the human voice. Beth has carefully curated a set of singing bowls pitched at lower frequencies, in order to activate theta and delta brainwaves involved in deep relaxation. All ages and abilities welcome; no charge for caregivers accompanying participants.
