Porthouse Theatre seeks two children for special appearance in West Side Story.  Looking for male and female identifying children who appear to be between 6-10 (They can be older if they look young).  All races and ethnicities encouraged to audition.  

Please submit a ballad with accompaniment not to exceed 1 minute.  (The children will be singing  “Somewhere” and will also appear in the final scene of the show.)

Rehearsals begin July 12 and run through July 28 and are Tuesday through Sunday 10-6. Performances run July 28-August 14, Tuesday-Saturday at 8:00 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM.  Tech week is July 26-28 and rehearsals will switch to an afternoon/evening schedule.  The children will be called to rehearsal ONLY WHEN NEEDED.  A gas stipend is available.
