Storyline: When a young woman visits her charming aunt and uncle whom seem to “have it all,” she accidentally disrupts the harmony of their household when she fails to fill her uncle's glass of milk properly.

M I L K is a comedic short exploring how women learn to be women - and whether they should accept or reject those teachings. A highly visual story with bold and stylized production design and performances, ala the works of David Lynch.

CASTING FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

[AUNT LINDA] she/her, age range 45 to 70. Aunt Linda is an attractive retiree who appears to have it all – love, beauty, health, wealth. She adores her husband Bob, and it becomes clear, her “good life” indeed hinges on keeping the charismatic (and easily angered) Bob happy. Linda is Bob’s emotional manager, and she takes her job VERY seriously.

[UNCLE BOB] he/him, age range 45 - 70. On the surface, Uncle Bob is youthful, attractive, charming and very pleased with his life. But only if it remains EXACTLY as he likes it. Underneath the facade, Bob is unhinged and intolerant of any disruption to his rigid world. If something displeases him, he goes from light to dark in an instant. He usually directs his rage at Linda, whether it’s her fault or not.
