Cleveland Public Theatre’s (CPT) mission is to raise consciousness and nurture compassion through groundbreaking performances and life-changing
education programs. CPT seeks a Co-Technical Director interested in joining its hard-working team
with the ambitious goals of growing the organization and changing the community. CPT’s season typically includes 2 or more community events, 8-10 full productions, and three performance series. CPT programs in two theatres,

Job Description
Cleveland Public Theatre is hiring a full-time Co-Technical Director. This role will work in collaboration with another Co-Technical Director to manage and implement
all technical aspects of productions except costumes. This position is a year-round, salaried, staff position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. CPT will be accepting applications for this position through Monday, March 12, 2018.
The Co-Technical Director reports to the Associate Artistic Director and will have the following responsibilities:
Technical Director has a limited budget for over-hire but does not have full-time, year-round staff.

surplus, building reserve, strong cash position, and significant working capital provide for a relatively stable business environment. CPT has 20 full-time staff members.
