ACCOMPANIST NEEDED:
The accompanist will primarily play piano for the congregation during church services, rehearsals and other optional events. Organ skills are desired, but not required. PAID position.
Reports to: | Music Director |
Talents desired: | Ability to play hymns and special music of moderate difficulty. Ability to sight-read and flexibility with improvisation. Experience and basic knowledge of church music. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Possess good organizational and communication skills. |
Anticipated Time Commitment:
Playing for services and Sunday rehearsal: 1.75 hours. Sunday service is at 10:00 am, rehearsal at 9:15 am.
Additional time may be required during special events and church holidays.
