1305 West 78th Street, Suite 211
Cleveland, OH 44102

What:
Come prepared to move, which means dressing in whatever feels comfortable to you.

This workshop will be focusing specifically on Developmental Transformations, the improvisationally-based, mindful modality that allows us to come into contact with ourselves and each other in new and different ways. It's a great practice for self-exploration and discovery.  The three hour workshop is primarily experiential, including warm up, group practice, and, for the first time, an experiential of an one-on-one encounter in the play space.  The workshop will conclude with a question and answer session.
