All City Musical needs a Rehearsal/Stage Manager for its production of Oklahoma! The dates of the shows are June 17 / 18. Rehearsals are Sunday thru Thursday starting May 7^th. Sunday time is: 1:30 – 6 pm, and Monday – Thursday is 6 – 9:30 PM but when in Tech Week rehearsals are from 5 - 10 pm. This is a paid position.

Duties include:

Communicating with Cast/director on a daily basis.
Keeping the rehearsal schedule up to date and distributing.
Being present at the Parent meeting on April 10th, helping to get all forms signed by the actors/parents.
Collecting and assigning scripts
Attend all production meetings
Taking notes for the director
Writing out the blocking of the show/ Cuts of the show, etc.
Letting the cast into the building, taking attendance and calling on those students who have not shown up for rehearsals.
Send out daily reminders of who is called to rehearsal both to parents and students via Remind App.

Students will normally send questions via this app.
If students are running late, they normally message through the app. After receiving such a message, send that information to Director.

Being on site at Guzzetta Hall for the duration of the rehearsal schedules.
Send out choreography videos to director to disseminate to students.
A rehearsal report is sent daily to the production team and producer.
Collect t-shirts sizes of cast.

Distribute t-shirts to cast.

Assist Producer the day of the photoshoot to keep the students in line.
Provide support to the Director during the performances.
Create sign in sheets for door man during all tech rehearsals and performances.
Attend all tech rehearsals.
Monitor cast behavior while off stage during performances.
Cell phones are given from students when they arrive and must be kept in the proper holder.
