Arnold Lobel’s treasured characters hop from page
to stage in a story of friendship and adventure. A hit on Broadway, A
Year With Frog and Toad was nominated for 3 TONY Awards - including Best
Musical. Based on Arnold Lobel’s well-loved books and featuring a hummable
score by Robert and Willie Reale, this whimsical show follows two great friends
-- the cheerful, popular Frog and the rather grumpy Toad -- through four,

Auditions: Tuesday, June 16 or Wednesday, 17 (6
pm - 8 pm) *Call SCA at (440) 337-1400 to sign up for a half hour audition time slot. No preparation
necessary, audition material will be provided and taught to candidates at the
time of audition.
Cast Announced: June 19
Regular Rehearsals: June 22 - July 24 *Rehearsals will be in the evening at SCA, 2
- 4 times a week based on actor availability
Mandatory Technical & Dress Rehearsals: Monday,
July 27 - Thursday, July 30 (6 pm - 9 pm)
Performances: Friday, July 31 & Saturday,
August 1 (7:30 pm) and Sunday, August 2 (2 pm)
Production Fee: $10.00 *Due no later than June 22
