Join Selena Awesome for a one-hour, rejuvenating practice designed to bring release, rejuvenation, rest, and recovery.    

All levels welcome, including beginners. 

Class structure: 30-min restorative yin yoga with live sound/music, 5-min break to reposition, followed by 30-min of Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep).

Yoga Nidra is an ancient, guided, deep-meditation practice that allows the body to rest while the mind remains in a meditative state of detached awareness. 

Yoga Nidra is a practice done lying down/in a completely resting position—without muscular use or strain. A 30-min Yoga Nidra practice is often equivocated to 3 hours of sleep.  Nidra can be soothing/helpful for stress, anxiety, depression, ptsd, mental fog, insomnia, and many other health conditions. 

Yin yoga is a restorative practice that releases tension in the connective tissue, promotes mental clarity, flexibility, joint and ligament health, and respiratory/circulatory improvement. This practice is mostly sedentary and is done without muscle strain. 

Donation based practice. A portion of the donations to benefit indigenous water protectors.
