BEREA, OH – The Department of
Theatre and Dance at Baldwin Wallace University presents Egan Reich’s Breach directed by Laura Welsh Berg.
Follow the journey of five widows facing seemingly
overwhelming obstacles in order to follow their dreams and take control of
their lives. Breach illustrates the
most physically and emotionally challenging night that the women have ever
encountered. They must decide for themselves whether individualism or
collectivism is the best method to reach success, asking themselves, “is rabid
individualism what it takes to get ahead and what is the cost?”
Laura Welsh Berg is a Chicago
based actor and director, who has also been a long time company member with
Great Lakes Theater in Cleveland, and the Idaho Shakespeare Festival in Boise.
Credits there include: Hamlet, Love's Labours Lost, And Then There were
None, and A Christmas Carol.
