The Middle School Kenston Destination Team coached by Julia Kolibab participated in the Improv Challenge and placed first in their regional competition, third in the state competition and now are eligible to participate in the Global Finals Competition in Knoxville, Tennesee, May 20 - 23rd, where they will have the opportunity to compete with students from all over the world!

DI, a volunteer led not-for-profit organization, is a problem solving competition which supports the use of imagination, creativity, teamwork, out of the box thinking, spontaneity, and incorporates the arts as well as engineering and science. Destination Imagination shapes the minds of the innovators of our future!

Globals is a four day event that includes opening and closing ceremonies, competitions, instant challenges, duct tape costume parties and many other events. It is attended by over 15,000 people from all over the world. The cost of our team to attend will be over $4,000. The kids are working very hard to raise the money in the next three weeks! Fund raising, bake sales, donations, etc....
