Summer Musical Theatre Intensive

This five-week summer intensive workshop is designed for any student, aged 8-18, who wishes to immerse themselves in the musical theatre experience through work on songs, foundational acting techniques, and choreography, as we mount a magnificent production of Shrek the Musical Jr. Your children will work with a team of the best teaching artists in northeastern Ohio. In addition to their craft, our teachers focus on life skills, such as team building, respecting ourselves and others, self-esteem, responsibility, self-discipline, and helping students recognize their potential for success. This is an opportunity unlike any other in Stark County!

Cost to Participate:
$450 for students from Canton City Schools
$500 for students from other school districts

Dates:
June 8-July 12, 2015
Monday- Thursday 9:30AM-3:30PM
Before-Care will be available. Details forthcoming.

Location: Umstattd Performing Arts Hall (inside McKinley High School)

Performances: July 10 at 7:00PM, July 11 at 7:00PM, July 12 at 2:30PM
