WHAT

Ring of Imagination: A Theatrical Circus Experience is an in-person, after-school theatre program where youth will explore the world of circus arts while building their acting skills. From clowning fundamentals and physical comedy to exploring juggling, stage make-up, and costuming. The youth will learn to express themselves through physicality, improv, and dramatic storytelling. Whether you are tumbling into a new role or spinning a tale of wonder, this class will help you discover the performer within- while having a blast! We’ll clown around into a culminating showcase “under the big top”. CAN Academy improves academic skills, instills empathy and responsibility, builds character, and enhances creative thinking. Prepare to step into the spotlight and bring the circus magic to life!

This program is offered at NO COST, thanks to the Cleveland Foundation. All classes are in person on-site at Cleveland Public Theatre.
