Songs for a New
World
"Songs for a
New World" is one of Jason Robert Brown's ("Last Five Years",
"13") first works. It is an abstract theatrical song cycle that is
about decisions people make. JRB said his show is “about one moment. It's about
hitting the wall and having to make a choice, or take a stand, or turn around
and go back."
There are 4 parts in this show, 2 men and 2 women, with the possibility of adding one more female and male to make the cast 6
people.
