Cleveland Play House, America’s first regional theatre and
recipient of the 2015 Regional Theatre Tony Award, is accepting applications
for Dressers to work on our shows this season. The Dresser will assist
with all wardrobe responsibilities for the show including: maintenance of
costumes, assisting actors with dressing and quick changes, updating wardrobe
paperwork, preparation of the dressing rooms, and the load-in and strike of
costumes. Experience with maintaining hair styles and wigs a plus.
Applicants should have 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in
regional theatre. Positions are on a show by show basis and start 9/11/16 and
run through May 14, 2017. Most shows run 4 to 5 weeks. The first
two weeks are both afternoon and evening calls. After opening, hours are
mostly nights and weekends with an occasional matinee. Please email letter
