Saturday, April 11 at 11:45 am - Foley Touch Tour

This guided accessibility event is a touch tour for the blind and visually challenged: attendees are invited to arrive prior to the live demonstration for a "touch tour", where they can come up on stage, touch the sound effects devices and have our staff describe each device and talk about the effect each one provides.

Saturday April 11 at 1:00 pm - Live Foley Demonstration

A live, interactive Foley demonstration showcasing the art of creating and performing everyday sound effects (footsteps, cloth rustles, prop handling). In sync with on-screen video during post-production, using various objects and surfaces in a studio to add realism and texture that production audio misses, making fictional worlds feel lived-in and authentic, with artists acting like sound "actors" to capture the emotion and perfect timing.
