OVERVIEW -- KRINGLE'S INVENTIONASIUM®
Kringle's Inventionasium® is a 60 minute, fully immersive, interactive theatrical experience developed in Cleveland by the Mr. Kringle® Company, LLC in association with the Mr. Kringle® Licensing Group.
The Inventionasium® is Mr. Kringle's top secret inventing laboratory. Guests tour different departments, explore eacharea and engage in hands-on activities to help Kringle, his family, friends and fellow inventors prepare for the holidayseason. The experience concludes with a photo opportunity and private visit with Mr. Kringle® as well as a trip through Kringle's Toy Shoppe®.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The right Photography Director would effectively and efficiently manage the daily photography operations by following and enforcing the expectations and guidelines set forth by Mr. Kringle® while continuing to promote a positive, fun and playful atmosphere.
Responsible for all pre-show preparations; Hiring, training, scheduling and managing of photographers and sales team; Monitoring, ordering, inventory of stock and photography equipment; Installation, set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of all provided equipment (Canon DSLR Cameras + Accessories) and software (Express Digital Darkroom); Handling of all Customer Service issues with regard to Digital and Print Photography. Daily on-site management and supervision of photography sales staff; Cleanliness and upkeep of equipment as well as designated
photography areas. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.

+3 Years Professional Photography Experience
Experience with Event Photography preferred

Previews:
November 14 (VIP/Sponsors), 15, 17, 18 6pm -- 8pm
Full Production:
November 20 (Opening), 3pm - 8pm; 21, 27, 10am - 8pm; 28 (Winterfest), 10am - 9pm; 22, 29, 11am - 7pm
December 1-3, 8-10, 14-17, 3pm - 8pm; 4-6, 11-13, 18-23, 10am - 8pm; 11am 7pm; 24 (Closing), 10am - 3pm
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Orientation: Thursday November 5th at 6:30pm
Training Period: November 6th to November 19, 2015
Weeknight Sessions:
6:00 -- 10:00pm. Specific Dates TBA
Weekend Sessions:
Saturday Sessions could be morning or afternoon.
Sunday sessions could be afternoon or evening.
COMPENSATION
PAID: $14/Hour [$3500]
