Auditions for Funny Little Thing Called Love by Jones, Hope and Wooten

SUNDAY,  APRIL 13 AND MONDAY,  APRIL 14 at 7:00 at the theater.

Director Judy MacKeigan needs: 1 woman able to play aged 30-35

4 women able to play aged 50 and up

3 men able to play aged 50 and up

 

This show consists of 5 scenes, each set in a different city, all on the night of a full moon. Actors will have the opportunity to play several different characters. Several dialects are used including those from Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia and London, England.

 

Performances: May 29 - June 1  and June 6 - 8

 

Four rollicking tales of love include unexpected hilarious twists and turns.  There’s an all too slick used car salesman that meets his match by three fed-up Juliettes; a honeymoon crashed by well-wishing co-workers of the bride; and an almost rooftop romance thwarted by an American tourist’s mid-life crisis that goes off the rails.  Somehow, through all of these trials and travails, love conquers all!
