NE Ohio community theater from these counties are eligible: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Summit and Trumbull

What if my theater pays their actors? Yes, your theater is eligible as long as it's a small stipend (not a living wage) and no Equity contracts.
