Part-Time Ticketing Concierge

 

Responsibilities:

•             Answer inbound calls and patron emails, and return related voicemails for the Individual Ticket Sales and Service Line.

•             Execute the expectations of Playhouse Square sales and service code of exemplary service and action.

•             Remain up-to-date with all Playhouse Square District businesses, events, performances and procedures to aid in creating an evening package.

•             Efficiently respond to ticket buyer inquiries, ADA requests, and be a solution source for patrons via phone and email.

•             Accurately input and maintain patron data and sales documentation. Maintain any sales logs or communication as requested by management.

•             Consistently meet or exceed sales and donation goals as established by management.

•             Assist in other departments and other tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

•             Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.

•             Prior customer service and direct/phone sales experience, familiarity with the performing arts preferred.

•             Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

•             Displays creativity and personal accountability in the workplace.

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•             Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
