SIX ORIGINAL TEN-MINUTE PLAYS CREATED BY
STUDENTS TO BE PRESENTED AT THE 11TH ANNUAL 24-HOUR THEATRE
PROJECT.
BEREA, OH—
Theatre & Dance students at Baldwin Wallace University are going to produce six
original ten-minute plays in 24
hours for the 11th annual 24-HOUR THEATRE PROJECT. A student team of playwrights,
directors, actors, tech & production staff will work with local
professionals on various workshops, and then collaborate on a festival of brand
new work. Some of this year’s workshops will be lead by Laura Berg (Great Lakes Theatre), Christopher Bohan (Dobama
Theatre), and Pandora Robertson (Ohio City Theatre Project).
The project
starts on Friday, September 16th at 7:00pm with the performance on Saturday,
September 17th at 7:30pm.
Performances will be held in the John Patrick
Theatre at the Kleist Center for Art & Drama (95 E Bagley Rd). Admission is free to the general public
at the door.
