Cassidy Theatre in Parma Heights seeks a part-time Box Office Associate to join our box office staff. This part-time position is 15-20 hours/week. The shift is primarily daytime between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm. Some evenings and or weekends may be required as needed. The Job Description is as follows:
Title: Box Office Administrator

Reports to: Board of Directors and Their Designees
Salary: $13-15/hr
The Box Office Administrator is one of the many faces of the Cassidy Theatre and is the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, sales, marketing, fundraising and youth theater activities. The Box Office Administrator works in conjunction with the Cassidy Theatre Board of Directors to execute the overall strategy and vision for the organization – “To enrich the multicultural life of the Greater Cleveland community by providing a diverse theater arts program that entertains, informs and educates.”
Position Summary | The Box Office Administrator performs a variety of functions in support of the mainstage and youth theater programs. They are a member of a customer facing team who provides a welcoming and exceptional customer experience on behalf of the organization. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications | Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: No direct experience required, however experience in positions that require daily contact with customers and responsibility for cash management is preferred. Skills: Strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills – particularly dealing with the public are required. Basic computer literacy including creating documents, spreadsheets, email and navigating the internet is also required. |
