ROAD to FREEDOM

an historical underground railroad reenactment

 

Looking for actors to portray real and imagined characters as you escort or hinder a large group of participants along an actual site of the Underground Railroad.

 

Roles Available

 

SAM (black male or female) an U.R. conductor
EZRA (black male or female) an U.R. conductor

CAPTAIN AARON ROOT (white male) an abolitionist

 

 

NOTE: Actors will be required to perform outdoors for extended periods of time.

 

Actors must be available for the following dates:

 

Monday, April 9th / 10AM-2PM

Tuesday, April 10th thru Thursday, April 12th / 8AM-3PM

Saturday, April 14th / 3PM-9PM

Monday, April 16th thru Wednesday, April 18th / 8AM-3PM

 

Rehearsals begin February, based on actors’ availability
