CASTING NOTICE

 

University Hospitals Office of Digital Communications is producing a video for internal training purposes. We are in need of several actors. The shoot will be for 4 hours and actors will be compensated $100 for their participation. Actors must provide their own transportation to University Hospitals in University Circle. The roles are below:

 

April 29, 2015 – NURSE – middle aged female.

 

April 30, 2015 – DOCTOR – Middle aged male able to handle medical terminology.

 

May 1, 2015 – RECEPTIONIST – Middle aged female

                        NURSE ASSISTANT – Middle aged female

                        RECEPTIONIST 2 – Middle aged female

 

Most roles will have little to no dialogue.

You will need to fill out a W9 form and be entered into the UH system as a vendor prior to receiving payment. This may take 30-60 days. Therefore, be aware that payment will not be immediate.
