The Movement Project holds weekly classes open to professional/college/adult movers in our space at Pilgrim Congregational Church in Tremont! Classes can be purchased as class card packs or a single class.
Modern/Contemporary All Levels/Adult: These classes are geared for beginner, intermediate and advanced movers. You do not need to be a professional dancer to attend these classes. 18 & older and basic dance foundation is the only requirement. This class will focus on the core concepts of space, time and energy as well as the qualitative approach to movement. Each class will integrate a wide range of modern techniques exploring concepts of weight, quality, effort, spatial/physical awareness and clarity in movement.
10-Class Card $80 ($8/class)
5-Class Card $50 ($10/class)
Single Class $12
Arrival & Parking: Parking lot available. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Enter using the door located in the front parking lot.
