Auditions Announced - Monday and Tuesday, November 6 and 7

7 – 9 p.m.

at the Director's residence: 141 Graybark Lane, Amherst, OH 

Needed:  3 Men, 3 Women any ages are appropriate

The Dining Room, by A.R. Gurney 

The play is set in the dining room of a typical well-to-do household; the place for daily breakfast and dinner and any and all special occasions. The action involves a mosaic of interrelated scenes -- some funny, some touching, some rueful.  The actors change roles, personalities and ages, portraying little boys to stern grandfathers, giggling teenage girls to Irish housemaids.  Each vignette introduces a new set of people and events dovetailing swiftly and smoothly into a theatrical experience of exceptional range, compassionate humor and abundant humanity. 

Auditions will consist of readings from the script. 

Performances will be Jan 25, 26, 27, 28; February 2, 3, 4
